The Service does not require passport or national ID information as part of the normal product workflow.

Please do not upload unnecessary sensitive personal information into the Service.

• to maintain security and prevent misuse
• to improve and troubleshoot the product
• to meet legal and accounting obligations where applicable

4. Service Providers

We use necessary service providers to run the platform, such as cloud hosting, database and storage, email delivery, and AI processing for AI-assisted features. Providers only process data as needed to deliver their service to us.

5. Sharing You Initiate

When you share a marketing package or link, the content you choose to share becomes visible to the recipients of that link. You control what you share and can revoke shares in the application.

6. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Deleted items may remain in backups or in a recoverable state for a limited period before permanent removal.

7. Data Security

We apply access controls, encryption in transit and other technical and organisational measures appropriate to the Service. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not claim absolute security.

Subject to applicable Thailand PDPA requirements, you may request to:

• correct inaccurate data
• request deletion where applicable
• object to or restrict certain processing
• request data portability where applicable
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
