Terms of Service

1. Service Description

The Service provides software tools for travel professionals. It is a software platform only.

Current and planned functionality may include:

• travel product management
• poster and marketing-content management
• itinerary and quotation creation
• product sharing
• AI-assisted itinerary creation
• AI-assisted quotation creation
• AI-assisted marketing content

2. Eligibility / B2B Use

The Service is intended for travel agencies, tour operators, travel suppliers, distributors and other travel-industry professionals. It is not intended for consumer use.

You confirm that you are authorised to act for your business and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials and all activity carried out under your account, including activity by members you invite.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorisation.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the travel products, posters, images, marketing copy, itineraries and quotations you upload or create ('User Content').

You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display and deliver your User Content in order to operate the Service, including delivering content to the recipients you choose to share it with.

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, misleading or fraudulent purposes
• upload content that infringes intellectual property or other rights
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or to our systems
• interfere with or disrupt the availability or integrity of the Service
• resell or redistribute the Service other than as permitted by your plan

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-assisted features are provided as assistance for travel professionals. AI-generated itineraries, quotations and marketing content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information.

AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate. You must review AI-generated content before confirming it, quoting it or sending it to customers.

7. Responsibility for Commercial Information

The platform is not the seller or operator of the travel products created or shared by users. You remain responsible for verifying your own:

• prices
• itineraries
• hotels
• transportation
• attractions
• availability
• supplier information
• commercial information

8. Plans and Credits

Access to certain functionality depends on the plan and credits associated with your account. Plan limits and credit consumption rules are shown in the application.

Credits are consumed when the corresponding action is performed and have no cash value outside the Service.

9. Payment

Payment is currently made by bank transfer to the company's Thai bank account as displayed in the application. The purchased plan and/or credits are activated after payment has been received and verified.

10. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund conditions are described in the Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface, and branding, remains our property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.

12. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, updates or events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where use of the Service is unlawful, or where required to protect the Service or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from the use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
